HAPPY reBIRTHDAY TO ME!

HAPPY reBIRTHDAY TO ME!!

HAPPY reBIRTHDAY DEAR bunni!!!

HAPPY reBIRTHDAY TOOOO MEEEE!!!!

Yeah!!!! (I’m running around like Kermit the frog),  it’s finally here.  My one year Anniversary of my Gastric Bypass surgery.  So far I’ve lost 85lbs and I’ve started an exercise program.  I feel like a totally different person.  One who is learning to except herself, make changes in the areas of my life that need change and most importantly learning to be…HAPPY.

I had my 1 year doctor’s visit yesterday.  My surgean (Dr Gandsas at Sinai here in Baltimore (He is the top surgeon in the country http://www.lifebridgehealth.org/sinaibody.cfm?id=1361) was very pleased with my results.  Although he says I’m doing great he does agrees that a solid workout plan is needed to help me lose my final 20 or More pounds to tone my body up not to mention for my lifestyle.  I found an old picture of me the other day.  It’s funny how you don’t see yourself the way you really look.  Very interesting….Weird almost.
